Yes, StagBeetle Day is right around the corner, and I know how much everyone LOVES this time of the year! It's a time to forget your sad and lonely troubles, to forget about all the horrors going on in the world, to forget about your sad, unremarkable lives. It's a time to sing, to dance, to smile, to laugh, to celebrate me, STAGBEETLE, in all of my shining, god-like glory! After the success of the two previous StagBeetle Days, I now know that so many of you are ready to devote your entire lives to celebrating my wonderful life!

So lately I feel as if I have gotten off-track, and lost my sense of priority. I recently began thinking that work, school, and friends were the most important things in my life. I had completely pushed my favorite pastime the side. I fully regret my too-long spam hiatus. I feel it's time to crank the machine back up and start again. Who's with me?

For over two years, my sole purpose on Newgrounds has been to spam and piss off the majority of its users. I found great pleasure in this activity. I invested my time in making shitty loops and pointless animations, making movies for groups such as the Uzi Union, etc. But that's all gotten old. I want to begin animating real movies, with deep characters, well thought-out scripts, and professional dialogue. I've spent far too long making 30-40 second piles of crap. From now on, I am here to help out with the Newgrounds community. I want to do all I can to help out with the site. Honestly, when it comes down to it, I love Newgrounds. This place has done so much for me, and I've done so little. Newgrounds brought me into the world of computer aniamtion, and introduced me to many great people who have helped me over the years. I want to return the favor.

I'm gonna start by working on the StaggyB series. The first episode was just spam, which I submitted just to annoy whoever watched. I plan to fully drag out this series to the point where it could be considered one of the best on Newgrounds. I've begun writing out a script for it, and considering who would do voice acting. I'm drawing out character models and backgrounds. I've even begun tinkering around with 3D animation! It's going to be about StaggyB and his struggle against an oppressive society of over-controlling StagBeetles. It won't be all serious, though. I'll be sure to throw-in some one liners in there for ya! :D

Hopefully, I can erase the horrible footprint I've left on this website and start fresh! Well, it was pretty difficult to decide the winners. I can honostly say that there wasn't a single submission that I didn't like. But when deciding on the top three, I couldn't cut corners, and had to find the best of the best. It was a fight between [StagBeetle Day] - SOTEG by Squeef (The effects and drawings were amazing, and the music went very well with the piece), Stag Beetle Danjo by Conrad (I don't care what you people say about Conrad and his Japan shit. I couldn't stop laughing during his movie), StagBeetle 08, organized by Sinitron (My favorite StagBeetle collab so far), StagBeetle Beats His Wife by Kavinel (Fucking hilarious), and StagBeetle at Work by OrangeBeef (A sad tale based on a true story :'().

These were my favorite submissions of the day, and narrowing it down to three was a tough decision. After careful consideration, I've come up with three winners and three prizes:

3rd place - StagBeetle Danjo, by ConradB! For your wonderful music video, I will take a screenshot of your movie and recreate it in mspaint. I will spend no more than TWO (2) minutes on it.

2nd place - StagBeetle Beats His Wife by Kavinel! Your movie had me in tears, and for that, you get a THREE (3) second cameo in the upcoming movie, StaggyB 02

1st place - StagBeetle 08 by Sinitron, Anigen, WPS, Insane, and Kavinel! This collab was incredible. Everything about it was great! Every part had something that made me smile, whether it was the music or the art (except for Insane fuck you insane burn in fucking hell faggot). For this masterpiece, I will PERSONALLY send ONE (1) private message to each artist, congratulating them on their victory.
